Review Process

The International Journal for Research in Electronics & Electrical Engineering (IJREEE) has an established review procedure intended to maintain the academic quality of the articles published in the journal.

Editorial Check

After submission, manuscripts are reviewed by the editorial office to ensure that the subject of the paper falls within the scope of the journal and that the basic submission requirements have been followed. Papers that do not meet these initial conditions may be returned to the authors for correction or clarification before being considered further.

Review by Experts

Manuscripts considered suitable are sent to reviewers who have experience in the relevant research area. Reviewers examine the manuscript for originality, technical correctness, relevance of results, and overall clarity. All manuscripts are treated as confidential documents and are used only for the purpose of evaluation.

Decision Process

After receiving the reviewers’ reports, the editorial board carefully evaluates the recommendations and reaches a decision. Authors are informed of one of the following outcomes:

  • Acceptance for publication

  • Request for minor revisions

  • Request for major revisions

  • Decline of the manuscript

Constructive comments are provided to help authors strengthen their work, regardless of the final decision.

Revised Submissions

When revisions are requested, authors are expected to revise the manuscript carefully and respond to the reviewer comments. The revised manuscript may be examined again to confirm that the required changes have been made. Acceptance is confirmed only after the editors are satisfied with the revised version.

Ethical Consideration

The journal aims to conduct the review process in a fair and unbiased manner. Editorial decisions are made on the basis of academic merit alone. Editors and reviewers are expected to follow accepted ethical practices and to declare any conflict of interest related to the manuscript under review.
