Archiving Policy

The International Journal for Research in Electronics & Electrical Engineering places importance on the long-term availability of its published articles. The journal follows a digital preservation practice to ensure that scholarly content remains accessible and secure over time.

For this purpose, the journal is part of the PKP Preservation Network (PKP PN), a distributed archiving system designed for journals operating on Open Journal Systems.

  • Published articles are preserved through the network once they are released.

  • Journal content is stored at multiple independent locations to safeguard against data loss.

  • Archived articles remain available even if the journal website experiences technical issues.

  • Content is retained in its final published form to maintain consistency for citation and reference.

  • Participation in the preservation network does not change authors’ copyright or publication rights.

The journal maintains a clear and accurate publication record. Any corrections or retractions are noted transparently, while original archived files remain intact. This approach supports continued access and preserves the reliability of the scholarly record.
